I wish there had been someone like you when l had my Fifi a Pompadour. She was great but didn’t know really how to groom her. She didn’t have to many issues until the last few weeks of life. She was nearly 17 years old when I thought it was kinder. Her best friend a tabby cat only lasted another month and Socks was the same age. Miss them both so much. Will wait until l stop travelling before replacing them. It’s 7 years now. 🇦🇺👋😊

I have a Boarder Collie who hates for me to brush her back end. I discovered she is more calm when I take a stroke and then let her smell the brush. 🤷‍♀️

this is from what ik when working with animal genetics and people may correct me if they know 100% that im possibly wrong but, there is a chance that the ginger and white potato has the lighter eye due to the white marking over that eye, white markings can cause animals eyes to turn blue or a lighter colour as a whole

When I was grooming, we called the matting behind the ears "Love Mats" because people tend to rub behind the ears of their pets, which causes matting over time. Some get absolutely massive, so we would try to teach our clients with that issue to pet and then brush out where they were clumping the fur with their fingers to help combat that.

There were a couple corgis who were regulars at the kennel where I used to work. They were pretty good for baths cause they got them often and were used to it, but the female would, without fail, roll in the dirt every single time we let her in the yard after the bath if she was even slightly still damp. So we had to just keep her inside until she was completely dry *facepalm*

When his owner got there he wanted to file s complaint, he was treated like an ordinary cat instead of royalty, how dare she 😂😂😂

My cousin used to run a dog groomer and if he had already been to a groomers three times before the instant before he got aggressive originally that tells me something happened to him especially when you examine his reaction to both the hoes and the blow dryer. He was afraid so it makes me wonder if one of the prior groomers struck him with the nozzle on the sprayer or something to that extent

Two questons: Would trying to blow the coat out before washing him have done anything? And will is coat get damaged from the shave? I know it's a last resort, but I'm curious if it's considered a double or triple coat.

That's an incredible amount of work just because the dog doesn't like being brushed.

Poor Mayo was delt a tough hand in life. To wear a shag carpet that must be washed and brushed and shaved constantly to be comfortable.

To be fair: I'm pretty sure boy dogs just tend to be crazier than girl dogs in general. So I think they both deserve that A+ 😁

Corgis are famous for not liking their feet touched. I was amazed that the female was so good about it. I also couldn't believe you left the puppy on the floor and expected him not to explore, lol. His behavior is much more in line with what I would expect, especially given his age. My corgi (18 months) watched the whole video with great interest.
